Well, first off, about wallpapers... you have to had them made by yourself~ if you upload wallpapers done by other people, the moderadors will remove them and you will be given a waring and even a permanent ban~ O_O
But okay, so, you've done the wallpaper. If you take a look at the left side of the site, in whatever page you're in, you'll see your username, and the credit number you have... then you'll see a "submit" with three options, Wallpaper, Indy Art or Scan. Just click the one you want and then choose the category, (what anime it's from, for example) write a description (how you made it if it's a wallie, or were you got it, if it's a scan) and then send off the file, and you're done~

The guestbook I meant is the group's GB... you can find a quick link to our group in your own userpage, in the right side... pay a visit to the group whenever you feel like it, you'll find a GB there with all the member's posts~
And by uploading pictures, you mean wallpapers or scans to MT's gallery or random things? Plaese explain it and I'll try my best to help you~
